Kathy brought her many years of account management, marketing, and business development experience to People Solutions Center in 2018 and has helped countless leaders achieve their HR goals since. Serving on multiple boards and participating as an active member of professional and community organizations is where Kathy finds her real joy. She served as President of SHRM of Greater St. Louis in 2013, where she created the first yearly SHRM leadership conference, and as District Director for the Missouri State Council of SHRM from 2014-15. Kathy has also served as a board member for the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Industries. These roles factor into her belief that relationship building is of utmost importance – Kathy knows that a business transaction is nothing without meaningful connection.
Kathy’s passion for volunteer work has led her to serve on the Advisory Council for the Child Advocacy Center of Northeast Missouri and to participate in fundraisers for the Alzheimer Association of Greater St Charles. These causes are essential to Kathy as she strives to share her love, time and compassion for positive change with everyone she comes into contact with. Kathy draws great inspiration from music and she enjoys being a grandmother to a beautiful little girl.
