Morgen Nelson has always been intrigued by human behavior. That led her to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Undecided about which path she wanted to take, it was her last semester of undergrad that led her to become interested in understanding others and wanting to positively impact the workplace. Seven years ago, she began her journey in the HR space. She did not initially choose Human Resources, it truly chose her!
In March 2022, she joined the People Solutions Center team as an HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, she partners with our clients to act as a liaison between employees and management, leadership, or external vendors by assisting with common questions, concerns, new hire orientation, offboarding activities, and benefits management. It is her personal goal to make a positive impact anywhere she has influence. It is her passion to provide excellent customer service to her clients and their employees (or team members).
She currently resides in Saint Louis, MO. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog (Major), watching and listening to true crime documentaries/ podcasts, being out in nature when the weather permits, and practicing an attitude of gratitude.
