Catherine Proulx is a talented human resource professional dedicated to helping connect people with the benefits, resources, and opportunities that meet their needs. A natural problem-solver, Catherine is equally happy working with organizations to design attractive and cost-effective benefit and compensation plans, researching the latest ways to keep employees happy and companies compliant, or writing communications about the latest HR developments. She knows that there is no cookie-cutter solution that will apply to every client – HR solutions have to be customized to the needs of the specific organization.
Catherine earned her undergraduate degree at Truman State University, followed by a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law. She was drawn to the HR field by the ability to have a direct impact on businesses of all sectors and sizes. After primarily working in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries for many years, Catherine joined the People Solutions Center team in 2019.
In her free time, Catherine enjoys running, hanging out with her two dogs, spending time with family, hiking, reading, watching movies, and traveling whenever possible. She is also a passionate volunteer in the St. Louis community. These experiences have included advocating for women’s issues and fundraising for stray rescue initiatives.
