Jasmine White

Jasmine White is a Recruiting Consultant with 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for the healthcare, nonprofit, financial, and tech sectors before joining People Solutions Center in May 2022. She began her career in a healthcare staffing agency, then transitioned into corporate recruiting, RPO, as well as the contract recruiting space where she recruited for companies such as Amazon and American Express. Throughout her career, she has filled a wide variety of roles from entry level to executive level. She also has experience in sourcing talent through in-person and virtual job fairs, networking events, and on-campus career fairs at universities.

Jasmine feels especially connected to her work in the nonprofit sector and this has been a huge part of her life. Personally, she has spent 20 years working with nonprofits such as the Native American Connection in Arizona. One of her biggest accomplishments was while working for Southwest Key Programs, she managed 5 programs in 3 states, helping to staff shelters for immigrant and refugee children who came into the United States without guardianship. Here she hired for VPs, teachers, RNs, program directors, grant writers, youth care workers, maintenance staff, etc. In December 2021, Jasmine received her grant writing certification and plans to continue working with nonprofits.

Originally from the west suburbs of Chicago, she moved to Flint, MI as a teenager and attended the University of Michigan-Flint. She later spent several years in the Phoenix, AZ area before relocating back to Chicago where she currently resides. Jasmine loves spending time outdoors in nature which includes hiking trails, fishing, and spending time with her pups. She also loves outdoor gardening, especially planting flowers for her grandmother. Jasmine has a passion for helping people, which is what lead to her career in recruiting. As a Recruiting Consultant at People Solutions Center, she loves building relationships with clients and candidates, and helping clients to create a process and plan to be successful in their recruiting efforts.
