Stacey Starr (she/her) is an HR professional with over 13 years of HR/Recruiting experience and great knowledge in a variety of areas including recruiting, recruitment marketing, vendor & contract management, system administration & implementation (ATS/CRM/LMS). Stacey takes great pride in providing exceptional service and is committed to building trusted relationships with clients, partners, teammates, and vendors. Stacey is passionate about implementing processes, within her team and for clients. She is always focused on raising the bar, driven to improve systems, resources, efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.
Stacey has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Akron and went on to build a successful career at Progressive Insurance. She started her HR career in the Human Resources Service Center and moved into a Leave/Disability Specialist role. She then found a home in the Recruiting organization for 10 years. She worked as both a Recruiter/Talent Advisor & Sourcer, experienced in both high volume and specialized (IT & Corporate) hiring. She moved into a specialist role in Recruitment Marketing where she managed the vendor relationships and large contract recruitment marketing spend for the entire organization as well as serving as project manager for the company’s diversity recruiting initiative. In this role, she became an SME for the organization regarding tools and techniques to attract talent and make data-driven decisions. Stacey joined People Solutions Center in 2020 first as an HR Consultant/Talent Advisor then moved into the Operations Manager role in 2022. In this role, she has a focus on training & mentoring, resource management, systems & process management, analytics, and recruitment marketing.
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Stacey has made Seattle, WA her home. She loves spending time with her family, exploring the Pacific Northwest, taking her son to Disney, and traveling as much as possible. Working alongside the passionate, fun team of professionals at People Solutions Center to make a daily difference for our clients is what makes her job fulfilling each and every day.
