Stacey Starr (she/her) is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in recruiting, recruitment marketing, vendor and contract management, process development and implementation, and system administration and implementation (ATS/CRM/LMS). She takes great pride in providing exceptional service and is committed to building trusted relationships with clients, internal and external partners, and vendors. Stacey is passionate about developing and implementing efficient processes- internally and externally- and is continually focused on improving systems, resources, and outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
Stacey earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron and began her career at Progressive Insurance, where she spent over a decade in HR, advancing through roles in the Human Resources Service Center, Leave/Disability, Recruiting, and Recruitment Marketing. In these roles, she managed vendor relationships, project managed diversity recruiting initiatives, oversaw large-scale recruitment marketing initiatives, and served as a subject matter expert in talent attraction strategies and analytics.
Stacey joined People Solutions Center in 2020, initially as a Senior Talent Advisor and later advancing to the role of Operations Manager in 2022. In her current position, she focuses on training and mentoring, resource management, systems and process optimization, analytics, and recruitment marketing.
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Stacey now calls Seattle, WA home. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and traveling whenever possible. For Stacey, the most rewarding part of her work is collaborating with the talented People Solutions Center team to make a meaningful impact for clients each day.
