Katie Machisen is a graduate of the University of Missouri–Columbia, where she earned her degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Human Resources in May 2025. She is passionate about employee development and thrives on finding creative, people-centered solutions to workplace challenges. Katie is driven by a desire to make a positive impact and is committed to helping build environments where individuals and organizations can grow together. She combines her curiosity and energy in everything she pursues!
Outside of her professional interests, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with friends. She also loves the theme park industry and is especially knowledgeable about roller coasters!
